Something is spreading around my flock please help!!!

Looks like a tapeworm to me, only more pink than white.

Not to worry too much- I am to understand, pink is shed intestinal lining- not actually a worm.
Chickens do expel some lining from time to time. Our chickens did expel some while they had roundworm. (Found out the night we brought them home from the breeder.)

Tapeworms are white, and have body segments. Roundworms and hair worms look exactly like angel hair pasta, but very white and fine.
When was the last time you wormed them? What does their poo look like?
