Somethings wrong with this chick

It hatched sometime last night. It's not walking and holding its head weirdly. The other one that hatched with it is walking fine. Usually by now they are trying to run around in the incubator. What could be wrong?

This treatment was successful for my splay legged chick.
2" Bandaid cut long ways.

Wrap one half around one leg.

Wrap the other around the second leg, attaching it to the first.

I used a bit of tape in the center to prevent the two pieces from separating.

It has splay leg and now is the time to treat it, not later.

Nutrient deficit seems likely from behavior... I would directly dose a drop or so of poultry nutri drench for that babe.

I personally don't fix splay leg and consider it a valid reason to cull.

TREATING SPLAY LEGS STEP-BY-STEP:

1. Use a self-adhesive medical wrap to create the hobble for the splay-legged chick. ...
2. Cut two short pieces of the self-adhesive medical wrap (“Vetrap”) into one inch pieces. ...
3. Next cut approximately six inches of the proper width Vetrap to be used as the actual hobble.

Looks like wry neck to me. I would supplement with Vitamin E and selenium to see if it corrects.

Most places that have supplements (human) will have selenium. If you can find an E capsule that already has selenium in it, it's easier, otherwise get a selenium tablet also. You will only use a tiny bit of selenium. Dosing is in the link I gave you before. Since it's a new chick that would be the easiest way.
