SOOOO Disappointed!

I heard that a local pet/farm supply had turkey poults. Well, this morning I was soooo excited. I was going to get my first turkeys. Well I got there and there were 3 whites and 2 bronze. They looked awful. The cage they were in was NASTY

I decided not to buy them, They looked weak and sick. I had planned on putting them with my guinea keets so I did not wan to introduce any diseases.

Can't say I blame you, I would not have purchased either. Did you speak to the manager though about the condition of the birds and the cage?

me i would have talked em down on the price if they looked like that...most them there usally just need a little TLC and they are good to go...

Hehe, good choice. However, if it was me, if I had my heart set on getting turkeys I wouldn't care if there was a dead elk in their cage, but then again....
