When are you checking the crop? Check the crop first thing in the morning before the bird has had anything to eat/drink. (after it's had a full night's sleep)

IF the crop is not empty in the morning, then address the crop. Let us know what the crop feels like in the morning. Use this article for treatment.

If there's still food in the digestive tract, & gizzard they'll still poop. My boy pooped for awhile before he pooped very little, or non at all. I got him fixed up though. His was bad.

Ok, I separated it and just gave it water. I went out to buy electrolytes and I won’t feed it. If it hasn’t gone down by tomorrow I’ll head over to the vet Tuesday morning! Thank you!

Update:
The little ones crop has gone down today after massaging it a few times last night and today but it’s still doing the neck movement like if something hurts it. Maybe when it passed it hurt the area where the food passes. I haven’t fed it since last night, only water. I’m going to wait till tomorrow evening to see how the crop is doing and see if it stops doing the neck movement before I feed it
I also spoke to the lady whom sold me the chicks and she said she could give me a replacement chick but I’ve gotten attached to this little one so I would prefer to wait it out for now.

Second Update: Tonight’s photo vs Friday evenings. It has gone down completely as of right now! I’ll mush some boiled eggs and mash for a full week so if it did hurt itself through passing so it can heal! Also he/she isn’t doing the neck movement anymore as of right now.
