If anyone has Exchequer Leghorn eggs, I'd love to hatch one of those. I think we are going to move Agatha to Peter's (to join her sister). She's bullying my babies and is very noisy.

I've had to re-home noisy birds becauise of neighbors too so dont feel to badly.I had 8 silkies once and the racket they put up EVERY time 1 of them laid an egg made me run out to shut them right down. Some birds never make a peep......

I really don't know, just hatched a bunch about 2 weeks ago.
But I haven't heard anything bad. Yet.

Mine are panting like crazy but they are three plus and have always done that. Was this heat wave predicted? This is the first I knew of it. I hooked up a window fan last night for the girls, poor things.

I have a thermometer outside my office window and it reads 115+ in the sun. ugh...........
