Bobby's hooked! I never thought chickens could be so addicting. It's like you can't stop once you get started. Wait till Bobby starts bringing them home on his own. Better build that run a little larger...

Wow, had to be more like 5 pages of posts. You guys were chatty yesterday. Love it!

I had the second CT scan yesterday and they said it was normal. Guess they didn't check the brain this time! Mostly felt like garbage yesterday with the double vision being on and off. It must be getting better with the antibiotics because the headache is almost gone too. Today I see the opthamologist and my ENT. Once you get past 50, the wheels fall off the cart. Now, if I can only remember where I put the horse to pull this cart, I'll be in good shape...

Haha! I think you are just the only one who has the guts to put that up there. I have been known to do some very hair-brained things myself. I once tried commercial lobstering in the Sound' when I had a boat. Talk about having a bathtub full of lobsters in an apartment! Not the smartest thing when you first get married.

She should have only known.

Roberta, we have a friend of ours who has the same sense of humor. I swear it is like talking to her when I talk to you. At least I can get laughs on here and on my emails. Not easy to keep up a sense of humor these days. Chicken therapy helps.

Hey, you're still married to the same gal? That's love! I can talk about the high performance cylinder heads, and camshafts under the bed, but some people just don't understand. 27 years, we haven't killed each other yet (til death do us part)!
So what's a few chickens living in the bathtub...

It was an apartment with only one tub. I had to add tanks to the small second bedroom, and then they had a die off. I had no idea how to keep salt water anything alive at the time. You should have smelled how it got as soon as they died off. My partner and I had to clean up the tanks with masks on. Luckily my landlord was away. That adventure lasted only a couple of months. It was supposed to bring in a little extra money at the time but the hours, along with my regular job, were killing me.

I've had a few other business in addition to working that added to the adventures of life. Some were successful, some were not. Had a lot of fun along the way.

Yep, still the same one for 34 years. She does have a lot of patience. Don't know how she put up with me all these years.

Our son was a Honda tech for ten years. Had enough and now works for the railroad.
