Sorry babe. Just plain lousy all around. I feel bad for her mom too. I can't imagine my child being an addict.

Yeah, I also feel bad for her mom, and her siblings.They were mortified about this (since they are my neighbors). The mom and I are pretty friendly, and we have all gotten alone great since they moved in. I hope the daughter gets rehab, but I never, ever, want to see this kid around here again. My daughter runs and hides every time someone knocks on the door, has started having nightmares, and keeps waking me up to "check what made that sound mommy". It is so unfair for her to have to feel like this. She is slowly getting better, but so unfair.

Now you got me thinking of hanging some thing "Christmasy". We had a lot of damage from Sandy and didn't have a place to hang the sparkly ball thing I bought from my gardening store. LOL. May hang it in the run now!

It is mighty chilly down here, I am spoiled! Give me those warm days back and fast.

Heather I am supposed to dress my coop with lights and haven't gotten round to it yet. Got them out from the attic last night so maybe today. I love yours! Nice job.

Been busy fluffing up my 12 little wreaths for my windows, and finding the extension chords for my candle lights.

My Lav. Orp Opal seems to be hanging in there and is a little more active. I began her on the sulfa meds tuesday afternoon so its a wait see. She was hungrier yesterday than days previously so thats a good sign.

Donna sorry to hear you're not feeling well. I have been having sever digestive problems for a week now but I think mine is a side effect of the calcitonin-salmon I am on. Calling the Doc today.
Had a huge fight at the Acura dealer 2 days ago. New car with a 2 inch crack in the rim and they were going to have it "repaired" I Don't Think So. The words coming out of my mouth I think they thought a drunken sailor owned the car. When the guy told me to "breath" I really lost it. 2 days later I have a new rim and Im sure a big red flag in the computer next to my name. It didn't help that they let me sit in the waiting room for 2 and 1/2 hours without Tylenol for my shoulder.
Slowly putting up my Christmas things. I was thinking of taking one of my girls with me to the mall and having a picture with santa. Do you think they would let me?

Sorry to hear some of you have stomach and digestive problems. My wife had to go to the doctor yesterday because of the same problem she's been having. The doctor said it could be something going around, or stress, or IBS. He wants her to see the gastroenterologist.

Queenchick, never let a car dealer intimidate you. The more you stay on them the more you will get what you want. You can always call the district manager if they don't comply with your wishes. They don't like that and will get things right for you.

Its freezing up here. The girls water has frozen for the first time this morning. Time to bring the waterer heater out.

One of my little white silkies crowed this morning as I was opening up the door. crud....

.....PLEASE let the other be a girl. Looking like the blue orp is a roo as well....he is growing fast and towering over the young pullets I have now.

I thought i heard a feeble attempt yesterday afternoon from the silkies pen yesterday.. Well it's my luck. Outta 4 peeps hatched so far at least 2 roos and the ee and 1 more silkie are pending.

Well my girls never let me down. Just went to check on eggs for the day and one of my young EEs left me a beautiful tiny blue green one. What a great Christmas present. Too bad I'm not eating much of anything.
