So we (Roosterman and Lefty) moved the chicken coop out of its original position to make room for the new coop. Lots of complaining from the girls. Bobby also disconnected the electric, so there was no coop light for them tonight. We were out to dinner with my mom, but when we got home the girls had found their way to bed.

Speaking of my mom, she was very disappointed that we didn't bring her more eggs. We just gave her some but she's almost out. My best customer! Apparently she brags about the eggs to her friends, too.

New t-shirt idea: "Let me tell you about my grandchickens"

I decided the new coop will be named "Coope Diem". Or maybe "Little Deuce Coop".

Roberta How are the paint? Mine are showing more spotting as they get older (jan. hatch) Waiting for them to get a little bit older to sex but I think I have one roo & going to sell two of the 4. Looking for a good black hen to breed to the paint. Is any one else going to the Sussux show in may?

My favorite is the older one, the little butthead of the bunch.
So far not a noticeable difference with the spots, but I am certain they will get more.
Now that I traded 2 black girls, I am kind of kicking myself.
But I have another, I think it's a girl, from Kate. Real cute and spunky. I hope girl.....
Yes, so far I know Vera and myself are going to Sussex, and I am trying to talk all the locals
