Southern NY, Dutchess county and below

Wanted to upload the pics of Boomer today. So, I purchased 2 apps for the ipad today to try and upload photos and neither one worked. Doing it from the laptop now.

Anyone have any thoughts about what he could be mixed with, other than a pointer?

Here is our new pup, Boomer.

Oh Al he is sweet!! He sure is a pointer and some other type of hound if you ask me. He's handsome. Best of luck!

Suzanne, I think I got it... http://myemail.constantcontact.com/...ilers.html?soid=1011187071156&aid=51Kob5Ll9Vs
Also, Randall Burkey is having free shipping again this week, so if you want to get something heavy.....

In case you were wondering, Ideal has Guineas on sale, but you must order 25 to get them for $2.25 each.
Anyone else want them? Don't ask me, already had them. NO NO NO more!!! Those things are crazy.

Thanks, Roberta. He is a cutie.

Maggie, that's what we figured, and so did the rescue people. They said, maybe border collie or boxer. The border collie might be close because his sister had the furry collar and neck look.

Overall, he's a great dog. Plays a fair amount during the day and sleeps a lot. Does not whine at all. If he is a pointer/border collie mix he will get to 60 lbs. or thereabouts. That'll be three times the size of the other dogs we have. So far his personality is such that he is not challenging the present occupant of the alpha-dog spot, our Maltipoo. That's probably why everyone is getting along so well.

Little dogs just rule the biger ones for some strange reason.

Well went on the chicken run today.Met Tina and her daughter and Jenne and her mom?oh ya and Jennes dog.She left the diner parking lot with an unbelievable number of polish kids. it was really nice meeting everyone.Next time we'll have to have lunch.

On my way home I stopped at a Tractor Supply store. Very nice.. I ran into a ton of traffic on the way home.2 1/2 hours up and 3 1/2 home. At one point the thermometer read 110 as I was driving through NYC.

Al it looks lke your dog could have some border collie in him. My brother has had several and they are amazing dogs. Good luck with him.
