Special needs chick Please Help

I mentioned in another thread that Seven was quiet yesterday. I thought it was because she had 5 new brooder mates. Today everyone was out being chicks but she was under the heating plate softly jibbering. I brought he out and feed her. She had more problems than normal. Then I did a but t check and she has dry (from the inside) poop. I don't think she is getting enough to drink. I put her at the water but she just wanted to go back under heater. I won't be home much today so I'm having mommy worries.

Yesterday evening she was better. :yesss: We also had a breakthrough in feeding.:celebrate She pecked a piece of egg from my hand. I filled up my hand with egg and she kept trying. How she kept missing I don't know, but she did. Until she gave up. At least she now knows we don't have to wrestle first. But that's what we had to go back to. She was feeling better yesterday afternoon and was out with everyone else. She was crying a lot but they weren't really paying much attention to her. A couple of times the chicks would pull her little tail, more out of curiosity than anything. I will try to get pictures this afternoon.

I had just fed her and she wanted to go to sleep. Feeding 3 times a day but I may up it tomorrow. I know she's not getting enough to eat or not what she needs from the egg. I put some ground up chick feed in her egg last night but it made it hard for her to swallow. It was sticky like bread. Here are her brood mates.

the top right is Toot another red Dorkin hatched last Wednesday. 7 is two weeks old today but not that much bigger than Toot.

Yay! Stopped reciving notifications, but go 7!!! Hope most of her friends are girls for all your sakes😉
LOL. I know one , maybe two of the Bresse are roosters. Toot is indeed a hen. They seem to ignore 7 for the most part and will be separated long before it becomes an issue .
