So far it has been a good year!

Temps have dropped into the 40's to 50's.

I just set 45 eggs...

6 mystery eggs from a local organic farm... 36 mystery eggs from another local farm... And 3 mystery eggs from my chickens

Jolene looks beautiful. I used to do grooming and loved it - dogs were much better to talk to and deal with than their people.
Their humans would get furious/defensive when I told them their dog was solid mats and would have to be shaved down. Could just about shear them down in one piece like sheep. Very eye opening, the things you would find flourishing under their pelts.

I brush her a lot. She's pretty high maintenance. People don't understand the maintenance for dogs with longer hair. I recommend short haired dogs to people who don't feel like brushing their dogs daily.

Humans brush their hair every day it's the same for long haired dogs

I made some Mac and cheez with sweet potatoes yesterday. It was so good.
