Pippi walked around to the gate just like he knew what he was doing! He's a smart little guy! Love that cockerel so much! :love In a couple days we might have a little sunshine and I'm going to get current pictures of him and of Mad too, so you can all see why I can't part with either one. :D

We had chicken parm , but just broccoli and cauliflower with it.
Sounds perfect to me! We had smothered pork chops with riced cauliflower and peas as a side. I decided against the potatoes. Enough calories in the sauce for the pork chops. It was really good!
 
Slow cooker not slower :lau

I sauteed 2 TBS of garlic and 1 cup of chopped onions with 1 TBS vegan butter.

I put 1 cup of water to deglaze, 1 TBS of coconut aminos, 1 tsp chicken seasoning Mrs dash, 1 tsp table seasoning Mrs dash, 1/3 cup nutritional yeast, some black pepper.

I put it on high for 4 hours. I stirred every hour until it was done.
Yep, I do this on the stove, but it's quicker. Either way you do it, herbed garlic potatoes are good!
