Sounds perfect to me! We had smothered pork chops with riced cauliflower and peas as a side. I decided against the potatoes. Enough calories in the sauce for the pork chops. It was really good!We had chicken parm , but just broccoli and cauliflower with it.

I sauteed 2 TBS of garlic and 1 cup of chopped onions with 1 TBS vegan butter.
I put 1 cup of water to deglaze, 1 TBS of coconut aminos, 1 tsp chicken seasoning Mrs dash, 1 tsp table seasoning Mrs dash, 1/3 cup nutritional yeast, some black pepper.
I put it on high for 4 hours. I stirred every hour until it was done.
Now I'm scared
