Well, I sure misunderstood that one. I thought @FortCluck made the potatoes in the insta pot.Nothing better than real potatoes mixed with instant potatoes. Gives them a strange thick texture and bursts with potato flavor!
Then she said slow cooker and I was confused.
I know, I'm confused easily. Would never have thought to combine instant potatoes with real potatoes. What do you do? Just sprinkle it on?

You'll do great! I have confidence.I am hoping it's fairly similar so that I catch on quick enough. The last switch over a couple years ago actually made it easier to do my job, but the learning it was still confusing at first.
