Lady was Marty's grey dewlap goose that she hatched last spring in our hatchalong. She was one of the victims of the brutal dog attack. I think Lucky is the same... immobile but good appetite and spirits. Marty, any updates on Lucky?

We're hoping since Napoleon is closer to 2 that we get babies. It's the Embdens that are having trouble bonding. Squishy wants to be with Fred and she's a roman not an Embden so he's pacing at the gate.

Psue, I can't wait to do a hatchalong! I am sure Napolean will be up to the task. He is a studly gander. Poor Squishy... hope he can adjust to the mate he is supposed to be with.

I'm gonna put up a solid gate so he can't see over there it should help, they'er not allowed out together anymore. I've had mine split up since the first of December to foster bonding and the Embdens are the only ones fighting my choices. Silly children

Lucky and Baby are still eating and cuddling in the barn. They like to crawl in between the bales of hay and straw in their section. I guess its warmer there.

Hope everyone geese settle in with their assigned mates soon.
