Spitzhaubens

She was a great broody and very good mother. She has been my only broody spitz. She went broody after only laying for about 3 months. I ended up naming her "mama". :lau I'm hopeful she'll want to try again in the spring.:fl

Yes - next spring......and not next week. The birds that go broody several times a year can be a pain. (Like Xansie who's in broody jail now and already raised 3 hatches of chicks in 2019.)
