Splash ameraucana rating

Hello all, I wanted to see what you would rate my two splash ameraucana (I refer to these two as twins). Neither have started laying and are 22.5 weeks old. I will put my opinion on both, but wanted some expert eyes. I tried to get a lot of photos, some are screenshots, but the odd lighting made it difficult. I included and video link at the end.



Scratch: good comb, good splash coloration, beard and muffs leaves more to be desired.


Cross roads (aka Crossy): good beard and muffa, okay comb, would like more splash coloration.

Beautiful splash coloration on tail and body
Muff is nice, but a little small
Pretty small comb
Very dark splashes (good)
Beautiful tail

Crossy:
Less splash coloration on front than desirable
Very big nice muff
Unnoticeable comb
Beautiful posture and tail position
Perfect color splashes

Thank you, they are my babies and first chicks i ever hatched or watched hatch. Wish I could have kept their brother, but no roosters where I live.

Crossy is good. More balanced overall with a good amount of beard.

I'm not overly familiar with Ameraucana type by the standard, so I can't be much help with your birds. However, I figured you'd like to know if you didn't already that the Ameraucana Breeders Club is having a district meet at the Ohio National next month that they're hoping will be the last qualifying meet to get large fowl Splash in the standard.
