I live in Upstate NY and I want to pick out my own chicks this spring! I had a bad experience with Tractor Supply chicks that were shipped to the store last year. 2 years ago I headed out toward Syracuse and hand-picked 6 new girls from a local farmer/breeder! The couple that owned the farm treated me very well and were very friendly!! They had a website, cause I remember looking at the type of birds they had at what time. I'd like to go out and do that again but I can't remember the name of the farm!!
I wondered if anyone on this site knows the place I might be talking about so that I can go back!!

I finally made my decision and placed my order!!!

Not sure what farm that would be. bcheck with your local Agway. Ours in Ithaca does chick orders. Several different breeds per week for 12 weeks. I got 18 healthy chicks from them last spring. This year I’m ordering more, got sucked in to “rare chick week” lol
