Hatch day produced one Svart Hona chick. Three are pipped, so I guess we will have hatch day again tomorrow.

If anyone has tagged or is looking for Sally Sunshine, her internet woes continue with wind rain and sleet. She's able to occasionally get on and then loses the connection. She's frustrated and may give up for the day.

Aww, thanks for letting us know. We wonder what's up when we don't see her. Hope this storm passes quickly. I worry when it's windy more than when we have an electrical storm.

Too cute, I have a dauchshund that wants to be my chicks momma, she cleans them when I let her in with them and she is very protective if another animal gets too close.

That is so sweet. My kitty is not exactly protective, but he does like the warmth.
