Soooooo

Broody should be hatching in the next 2 days

My Eggs that were LOST

That were SUPPOSED to be here on the 7th

(So I could put another batch in the Bator for the April HAL)

Were held up and SHOULD be here tomorrow.

Hopefully there is a May HAL....

Plus I have lockdown on the 15th or 16th for another batch

I really wanted 3 batches this month

Oh Well

They are beautiful. :love. My husband keeps talking about wanting to get some peafowl.
You guys totally should! They are so worth it! I absolutely love my birds. They are really fun to raise and watch grow and watch their feathers chang colors as they get older. Also they make wonderful yard art lol! I live in a really small town so their isn't much to do and people always park by my peacock pen just to watch my Peacocks fan and strut around. I'm known as the peacock lady here in town lol I dont like it much....my husband thinks its halarious!

okay I am curious now is there a place with picture to see how to trim the feathers from the private part of a hen???? my wheaten marans and my amerucanas fertility is not what it should be.
i get chicks but lots of infertile too.
most my wheaten are old too They are the friz line which could be the problem. maybe it is their fluffy bottoms..
I swore I would never trim a chickens bottom to get it bred. BUT I think I can try as a experiment LOL. Totally addicted.....This is proof of it !!!!!
