Good morning!! Candled eggs today. I had 7 oegb eggs, 3 didnt form and still clear and one early quiter(im guessing from my eggtopsy). There were 6 mixed games and 1 was clear but had a scrambled yolk it almost busted opening it. So down to 9 from 13. All the remaining eggs look like they are on track. They did have 2 i questioned but put back. They seemed to be a little different.

So today I am sanitizing the incubator and getting it prepped so I can make sure temp/humidity is all set for Saturday.

How do I calibrate the temp/hygro? This was my problem 3 years ago and out of the six dozen eggs I set I hatched one pretty little we roo

Candled last night,, marans r hard to tell, but I have a great candler andni think all but 3 or 4 out of 14 are good..marilyns eggs are 4 out of five Im sure of..will try again in a few days.

what is the age they stop?  I swear I have no clue, I turn them around so much they dont have a chance to get that old

Good luck with your hatch! What color are your Bantam Cochin's? I have Black and Partridge.
