Square foot needed - free range

I currently have 23 hens and 1 rooster in a coop with 140 sq ft and the run has 240 sq ft. If I free range my hens during the day what is the minium sq ft needed per bird? They roost at night and lay eggs in the coop only. Thank you.

They say for large fowl 4 square foot in the coop & 10 in the run
