I had no clue that they laid white eggs either until this one was laid.

Interesting! Mines lay brownish and blue'ish colors.

You got me all curious and I candled some eggs tonight. OMG! I could see some dark red veins in one on both sides. The others were so dark I couldn't tell. I wish I had snapped a pic but I was using a my phones light to do it. Exciting! But I did drop one egg =( not to hard and it landed on a blanket. Hope I didn't do harm it.

Did you candle is after you dropped it to check it for cracks? I am going to candle it again super quick tomorrow and snap a pic to post. I can't way to see the two day difference!

I will try and candle tonight too. I did inspect the egg and didn't see anything.

So candled last night and.... I found another one with veins, and now some other things growing in it lol. So exciting! But I also saw a cpl that was just nothing =/

be careful candling as it can cause eye trouble if the light used is too bright during the growing of the eyes. but have fun with these great little babies. they grow way too quick.

Oh really? Wow I had no idea. Thank you for informing me. I just have to be patient, but it's so hard! Lol

Eek. Thanks good to know about their eye development and candling. Here is the pic I took pre-reading that post. It is day 4 for me.
