Drinking ACV apple cider vinegar with water before meals can help with reducing belly fat according to some health specialist. It also has been said too lower sugars in our bodies

Adding cider vinegar too our salads can really enhance the flavour plus it works well in cooking, such as sauces as well as in some baking recipes

Please be aware it is not safe too drink vinegar undiluted as it can be harmful to the esophagus.

Home made Ginger tea.

For the past decade or so I have been making ginger tea too help me with my breathing and pain.
At first I started off with ginger and tumeric then progressed too adding more and more ingredients for other health problems

Cayenne pepper works for a multitude of problems, I honestly believe it helped me too clear the arteries in my heart. Cayenne is also good for clearing up tummy bugs and too some degree like ginger and tumeric a good anti inflammatory
Some people are exceptionally brave and have used this pepper to fight sinus infections, trust me I am not that brave but on the occasions I've managed too accidentally get a little in my nose i found that when I've had the sniffles it has immediately cleared up.

Today my tea consists of ginger turmeric, cayenne × cloves with honey too sweeten, if I have a little lemon around I will sometimes add this too.

All mentioned used in food is also very helpful. I made a ginger cake the other day, yes I know not fantastically healthy.
I added honey instead of sugar and my sweet binge helped in keeping my pain levels down

Ginger tea on it's own is helpful so please do not be put off purely on my version :)

More on Honey

Honey is great in coffee and just as delicious in cocoa. Cocoa is good for the heart so it's been said by many. :)
I put honey in a lot of things but I use maple syrup for things like coffee and cocoa. It bothers me that I can taste the honey so well if I have it in a drink, but doesn't bother me in baked goods. 🤷‍♀️
