Sounds like she could be having a broody spell. Id double check the coop for signs of predators too.
Is it normal for her to be closing her eyes? Shes constantly closing her eyes and as if shes tires.

I'm not sure, my hens always went and hid under my house or porch when they decided to go broody. My landlords birds look similar to yours when they're nesting, but they always watch me when I'm in there feeding. They dont peck me either when I go to check their eggs, just make light cooing noises. Can you get her to eat or drink? Have you taken her off the box and tried to stop her from going back to it? Does she act super anxious and pace trying to get back?Is it normal for her to be closing her eyes? Shes constantly closing her eyes and as if shes tires.

She didnt just run straight back to the box? Maybe not broody then. They fluff themselves up when they go broody, but you cant keep them from the nest. Have you listened to her breathing? Its possible she could be not feeling well. Has she laid recently? Not possibly egg bound is she?
