Here's the link to the recipe she uses for Mozzarella, of course she uses our goat milk rather than cow milk.

Thanks!

We just checked on her and she is gone. RIP Martha.
I'm so sorry. At least she went peacefully. She had a really good life with you.

Ditto! Nothing cuter than a baby jersey with those eyelashes.

Kayson's favorite ...... trains. Trains in books, trains on railroad tracks, train noises, Thomas the Train, etc.

While we were home, the little "train depot," was open, and he got to go for a train ride!

We are home now and tonight he started sniffling and said he was sad. Soon, he even worked up some real tears! Finally, he said he wanted to go back to the train. Silly boy!

Too cute. My 10 year old is still into everything trains. We've been to see Thomas in Sacramento, and numerous other train museums. If he is still into trains when he's older, there is a train museum here in CA where you can rent a train and drive it.

Kathy, Cameron loved trains when he was little. Thomas the Train visited the rail yard in Sacramento and we took him for a ride. It was December and Santa was on board too.

He loved it. Maybe it comes somewhere near you too.

I just realized these pictures were taken in 2002!

That is soooo cool ! I will have to check and see about this!
Thanks!

LOVE the pictures!
