The emu eggs are such a lovely color.Yesterday I made an early Valentine's dinner. We had crusted beef tenderloin, grilled artichokes with roasted pepper aioli, duchess potatoes, and Mediterranean olive bread (from the store). This was Michael's plate. He likes medium rare. I kept the end cut for myself! Now I need to decide what I am going to make with the left overs. French dip sandwiches maybe.
