Stella's Social Club

Just clarifying...I got this information from a newsletter that goes out to people on a mailing list at UC Davis. I am on the mailing list so I get the newsletter. I don't have any sick birds and have never had birds with ILT. I did not take any birds to UCD and my flock is not one of the five mentioned in the newsletter.

In the past I said something that morphed into big untrue rumor and it caused me a lot of grief. I just want to make sure that that doesn't happen here. I just wanted to let everyone know it was in the area and to be careful.

All my birds are heathy and broody!

Nope. By the time I finished messing with it for two days he didn't dare. He likes octopus though. This stuff was really tough!

Creamed Spinach with Gruyere Cheese.

My studio. I am shooting tethered to my computer so I make all the adjustments there and don't have to touch the camera even to fire the shot. I am also tethered to my flash off camera which triggers the strobe light in the soft box to go off.

The set up. This contraction is called the McClamp. It holds things still so you can take a picture! I could never get bite shots in focus because I couldn't hole the spoon or fork still! This makes it easy.

We had the creamed spinach for dinner on Parmesan Frico Toasts. It was so good. Michael loved it! Easy dinner.

There is a free program of testing for bird flu. I am a memeber of it. The A1 program along with the NPIP. Maybe you in California can check to see if you have it in your state. The people here are more concerned about the free ranging flocks or ones that birds could fly over and drop excrement in the runs. The crows were found to have it at one time. My birds so far are negative. Good luck all.
