He should stay hidden. And off the roads - I've seen so many dead on the side of the road since its rutting season.

Yep. It is the second time he has been here in as many days. There were several does cutting through here on their way up the hill and he was following not far behind. I always worry about them with the nut jobs that drive by our house.

He is massive and absolutely stunning looking. I just can't hate deer, even when they are eating my garden!

So, I went out this afternoon to feed the donkeys and there is a guy on the other side of my fence but on my property cutting down my trees! I call out to him but he can't hear over the chain saw. I hurried back to the house and told Michael. I grabbed my camera and started taking pictures and video. Michael asks him who he is and all he will say is "me." He won't stop and won't get off our property. I came in and called the cops who arrived a couple of hours after he left. I gave them the pictures with his license number and they go talk to the guy. He says he was cutting down the trees because they block the view when turning! But, earlier in the day Michael saw him a couple of miles down the road up a tree with a chainsaw.

So now it is up to me to do something, because the cops can't cite him. I also have to have the limbs hauled away! They said he had a bad attitude about it and felt he had the right to do it. They gave me his name, address, etc. I am so angry about this!

This one was over six feet tall and obstructed our view a bit from the drug house across the road!

No, they said we could contact the guy to work something but advised that he had a bad attitude. Yeah, let me go confront that guy! Plus they said he lives almost four miles from us!

Sounds like the guy has a screw loose. Just be careful, he definitely shouldn't have a chainsaw.

Some are pretty nice like me . You should move out here. I don't have a chain saw just a small Fiskars looping shear. What kind of %#%$&* police do they have in California? Geeze what a bunch of ineffective wimps!!

No kidding! They probably couldn't cite him because they didn't catch him in the act of trespassing. Be very careful with that guy, he sounds unstable.
