I was off my game. I had a recipe for potstickers dancing around in my head. Yum! Just about blew my head off with hot pepper oil though.

Yum, that looks delish!!

Now I'm hungry.........I'd better go get a snack!

I made a video of my hands assembling the potstickers and I am uploading it now. Pretty brazen for a first timer but I got the hang of the dumpling fold pretty fast. It was all those years of sewing that came in handy. Pleats, you know.

I had to mute the video sound because I was banging a spoon and rustling parchment paper. I substituted Eastern music for the background. Too funny.

The video is uploaded. For those of you with nothing better to do this weekend, here it is. The recipe is posted on my blog. I also painted my nails red with gold glitter for the Superbowl. Go Niners!
