Oh my.

Yum, I love onion rings. We've driven all the way to Mokelumne Hill before just to go to the Leger Hotel for their onion rings. I was watching Giada on TV a couple of days ago, she was alternating frying onion rings and apple rings. She used the same beer batter on both and sprinkled the apple rings with cinnamon sugar.

Ha Mary! You make onion rings and I made hummus. I'm not usually a hummus fan, but this recipe was great!

Those onion rings do look good!

Made them for the kids then took pics for my blog. They loved them, even Mandy who "hates onion rings."

It is in the basement. Never put it in a coop because I didn't want anyone laying eggs in it. Might use it for my broody when her eggs hatch.
