No worries, it wasn't a big deal. Yuck on the carpet smell.Sorry I missed your call Kelly. We had to evacuate for awhile. Michael got a severe headache and my lips started tingling. We think it is from the chemicals in the carpet. So we ran some errands and had dinner at the local joint. I had the meatloaf which was excellent! All I have to do to finish putting my room back together is make the daybed when the spread and shams come out of the dryer.
Did you get my PM about Fred on Tuesday?
Sounds like a bad storm. Good luck with the clean up.Bleah, more reasons not to have carpet. I would also be alarmed if my lips started tingling!
Big storm here last night, big trees down all over including along (but not across) my driveway. A friend has a wedding venue with a huge tent, which was demolished in the storm, and several big old trees down - and they have a wedding tomorrow. Power was out for a few hours, but back on now. Heading out that way shortly to see if I can help with the clean-up. Nothing like a tractor and chain saw to make yourself welcome!
They are? Even domestic eggs from a domestic bird?I'm a bit late in this, but be careful. Macaw eggs are protected under CITIES laws.

I spelled it wrong. It is CITES. I do know that there are laws on selling Macaw eggs. I do not know if it is from domestic birds or not. I can find more out for you later.

I did do a little reading, I had to stay on top of CITES regulations with my frogs, but only as related to wild caught and species that might be in the country with a questionable importation. You always ask to see/receive copies of the importation documents. From what I can see, this species of macaw is an appendix II, but the only regs I've seen so far deal with import/export/re-export.
Quiet morning. Where is Mary with the food pictures?
