Hey Ron (or anyone else) - I've been searching for brisket recipes, do you have a great one? If so, would you mind sending it to me? I do not have a smoker, so that is not an option for me.

Brisket cooks low and slow in the oven. Does your family like tomato things or spicy things?
Spice up the brisket with your favorite spice rub, pre packaged or:
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 bay leaf, crushed
A liquid, like beef stock goes on the bottom of a baking dish, but you could use crushed tomatoes. It should be about a half of an inch of liquid.
It bakes for 3 hours or until it is fork tender.
