IT does now so please go back and leave a comment. There was an update to the framework I use, genesis, and it took out the commenting for a few days. This post was a draft at that time and didn't have comments enabled. It is a huge pain to fix it so the other six posts that you can't comment on are staying that way. Unless it drives me nuts and it is!I have 2 like your sweet Skye. They want to brood constantly! I do love them though.
Mary, your new website confuses me. Of course, it doesn't take much to confuse me. hahaha I see no way to leave comments on some of your posts. Like the poultry show.... does it not accept comments? It is gonna take me awhile to get use to your changes.![]()
OH..... I found an egg picture for ya too....![]()
I have an olive egger on the nest tonight too Mary!
Thanks, Mary. It was so hard to get that ruffle halfway even! But, I think it's okay. I may not make more of these just like it, maybe larger ones. We have quite a few crocheted market totes on our web store as of today, so this will go on there soon, not sure of the price, since, though it's not huge, it took me all day long to finish. And I do mean until midnight! Ack!I like the ruffle on the tote Cyn. Now that my sewing machine is upstairs I may use it more often. Might try shopping totes. Or not. I bought patterns and fabric for aprons when they were all the rage and only made small ones for the grandkids.
Congrats on the broodies Cyn. I think.Skye is off the nest this morning, leaving behind three tiny cold Icelandic eggs. That's fine with me. Along with Judge Judy, Stella, Chatty Cathy, Lukka and Isi, she has earned the right to do whatever she wants in her golden years. Everybody else is fair game.![]()
