yes it is Diva. The kitchen is the largest room in the house! I have had big kitchens before but the layout of this one is fabulous. They did away with some of the upper cabinets and added windows. It is light and bright. The house was built in 1942 but recently went through a whole house remodel. I can do some cooking and blogging in that kitchen. Hopefully the garage deal works out.

We actually accepted the counter offer last night but there were multiple bids at the list price. They said they chose us because they liked "our enthusiasm."

That is a great work space! I could do some real damage cooking in there.

"Gomers!" OMG! I haven't heard that term in years! Cracking up......

Today Emily and I are going to go through all my food photography props and dishes. I won't have any extra rooms, a basement or garage to store them in at the new house. I will have to put some shelving in the laundry room closet for them. The laundry room is huge with a closet, room for a refrigerator, a full bath and space for a twin bed should I ever need it.
