They are both pullets for sure. A cockerel would have a much larger comb and wattles by this time.

All of the birds in this photo are looking like pullets to me, even your questionable one. I'm not 100% sure on her, though.

New pictures - they will be 14 weeks tomorrow... We got them new hanging galvinized waterer and feeder and they are very scared to the point of "no return" (back to the coop), took us a lot of effort to get all four of them back in, so the pictures are taken with them inside the coop and me outside. Tomorrow we will let them out again...
