I think at this point, its going just about as low as it can for her.

She can't! Not only would she be going on to his property, but what if he shot her? killed her? Or killed her horse?

I totally understand and agree with the 3 before me BUT lets be careful that this doesn't get too heated and get locked. That would just defeat this thread and keep any of us from trying to help or giving support.

I would make sure that you write in you small claims papers that you want the horse and not its value some Judges will just order him to pay you for the horse, it the lease did it say he had the option to buy the horse or was it strictly a lease for so many month if it was just a lease then, you should be able to file theft charges I would go to the county were the horse is and tell them you want to report a theft, if you lease your car to somebody and they don't bring it back it is then listed as stolen. a horse is property so therefor should be listed as stolen...If they won't due anything write a letter to the editor of ever paper where the police and guy lives if enough people hear about this story then someone will help don't list their names but do make sure to include that the DA and sheriff refuse to help in a criminal case, they re elected and this will not look good for them have another people you know write letters to the paper news media sooner or later someone will take notice. don't stop or give up just find another way. Call the state police and states attorney they might be able to help call the county sheriff where your horse it that is where the property is, even if they can't arrest the guy for theft at lease they can make him return your property....go to the country where the guy lives and report that he sold stolen property. there has to be someone that can and will help you don't give up... keep trying. you are in my prayers I hope something works and you get your horse back...

I agree. She seems like a tough lady, but the few times I've seen the show, she seems to sort through the bull and make a fair judgement

the question is, what actually happens after the show. Do the people actually get what they were awarded? As long as you can keep your cool, and be polite, I don't think she will yell at you - just don't speak out of turn.

. Keep pushing along - if it was my horse I would never stop.
