Don't worry about any type of confrontation while you're there...he has really p'd off the rodeo cowboys. I doubt he'll ever be allowed back in. At least not in this state. What was he thinking?!? Stupid!

I just have to say...that the sheriff's office and police station are so much easier, calmer and more helpful than the Tahlequah department it's ridiculous. The deputy I spoke to is looking through the records and everything else he can to try and get me into contact with the guy and find an address.


I also found a person a process server who is willing to help me get this guy served. I also have a very close friend whose father is a lawyer...so this should go much more smoothly than anything else.

Do you know what time I should be at that rodeo if it's not rained out? Where it's at? Which ranch?

Just called the lawyer who I'm hoping will take the case. He's the father of one of my friends, so ya know...

This is the most frustrating thing I have ever been through.

It seems as though no matter which government office I turn to, nobody gives a darn. They feel bad but won't help me track him down. They say "Oh, it's a civil case, we can't get involved...soo...."

I'm about ready to give up and drive all throughout the area looking for my horse. I've sat down and just been bawling because it seems as though nobody that CAN help, WILL help...

Put flyers out. Put them at EVERY feed store in the area. He has to buy feed for the horse. I would be very persistent. You will get your horse back. In the olden days, weren't people hung for stealing horses? Get a rope.....................

It hasn't happened yet, I can't find anyone who knows where it's at, when it's at or if he's even entered in it.

I have to work today but if ANYONE can confirm that he is there, then I am taking off work and getting him. If anyone needs my number, contact sred by PM. She has my number.
