Hey, can somebody give me the very short version of whats going on? I have been following the news as closely as I could but I wasn't able to log on for a while and now theres like 20 pages of chatter and I don't have the time to read through all of it right now, but I really want to know what's going on. Is he home yet??

No but the thief is in jail. The uncle has the horse still.

Sorry all!

I contacted the DA's office, the officer that went had reported back that Max was still at the property, but when I asked for specifics from the girl she said she didn't know. She says that she was leaving a note with the prosecuting ADA and that he would call me back. He didn't call back and he's off Monday through Wednesday of next week.

So....on Monday I am going to call and find out which officer went to check the welfare of Max. I am also going to try and get ahold of the ASPCA again to see if anyone can check the condition.
