When they say I've had a chance to voice my concerns, at that point, the only thing I had been able to do was make comments on the website.
They have since contacted me via email. I thanked them but told them I need to wait for the verdict. Then I would be more than happy to give my side of the story.
I don't want yet another stalling on the case. I feel awful for the family...facing this nerve-rattling thing and then to lose a family member. I do feel for the family and if they had given me the death as a reason for the stalling of the case, I would have understood. Nobody gave me a reason other than the judge stating she would be reading the transcripts. I would send a sympathy card, but I have a feeling it would not be received very well at all.
