I'm glad I waited until now to check things out. I had about 15 emails saying, Stolen Horse--Found Pictures! After court, but I didn't want to come on until I knew you had a answer. You know what they said stupid is as stupid does and boy that uncle is stupid.

Are you going to be able to go and see Max when she goes? What happens if he tries to put some kind of marks on him. I don't mean hurt him I mean, all I can think of is shoe polish, to cover him or some kind of paint. I don't want to worry you I hope she touch's him and goes over him to make sure.

He's already done that...he bleached Max's mane and tail to white. I showed her photos of 2008 when he had a white mane and tail!

She said "this horse seems to have a white mane and tail also...in the other photos the camera angle is off and so it looks as though it's muddy."

So, him bleaching the tail did nothing at all!

What's even funnier is that he claims this is his grandson's horse, yet plainly asked the deputy when he had told him about the lease agreement. He said "wasn't it at the rodeo?"

Uh huh...

He ALSO claimed that at the last ownership hearing I had stated that I had wanted Max TRAINED by the man. Um...no...Max was already trained. Then he claimed that I said I wanted Max trained in barrels. I turned to the judge and said "I have never wanted a barrel horse. They are WAY too hot for me to handle and I know my limits."

She looked at him and he continued trying to discredit me...ridiculous. sorry..still a bit flared up from it.
