Stolen Horse--Man is BACK in jail!

I just did a search on the fellow that leased the horse. Seems that for years this guy has had trouble with the law. Numerouse protective orders. A grand larceny in 2006. Not a nice fellow!

If it were I, I would use extreme caution dealing with these guys. Always take a deputy with you. If the nephew has a rap sheet like this, makes you wonder how rotten the uncle is!

Well, the thing I don;t get is.. why would he say he got rid of it last night... which makes him look a LOT worse than saying he /really/ got rid of it months ago? He's likely saying /last night/ since the judge saw it so good luck saying it was taken forever ago. Since she knows he wasn't in order to rule against him in the first place finally.

Yeah... that IS strange that he would say he just got rid of it last night...

Is he really THAT stupid??

Because -- this is just my theory, understand -- people are STUPID, and this person especially so

Based on his track record so far in this case.

Honestly when people have behaved spitefully, erratically and STUPIDLY in the past, I think that's where ya gotta put your money on for their continuing behavior.

We'll see I guess,

Pat

THIS is the justice system that WE are paying taxes for, people. This is why we need to stick by the Second Amendment. I sure hope this comes out in the wash for RoPo, but any of us could be victims, anytime, because these people don't CARE.

Does anyone know if RoPo has called the OK SBI? I believe you can file a complaint or at least get someone to listen to the problems RoPo has been having with the law enforcement people there. The SBI usually handles the internal monitoring of departments that are too small to have their own internal affairs department, correct?

They also have a citizen's Survey you can fill out online.

If you look up the family's main name (which we are not posting) you can find that that name appears in many places.. such as the police department and also in the local government. This is all very interesting. It looks like a real rock and a hard place....She may be up against a lot of forces at work. We already know the judge was the daughter to the vet that looked at Max... I think if we divided the task we could probably do a very thorough investigation of the family and why things laid down like they did. It appears talking to the media didn't do much....They don't care... It makes me wonder why... It is time to hit em where it hurts... Their own family... I am not sure how but these ppl need to be made to care... They don't care about her and her horse, maybe they will care about theirs and their own... Hmmmm any ideas gallery???

Here Ropo.. I can't do much from here whttp://www.ok.gov/osbi/ithout your go ahead.... but I looked up ^ their idea http://www.ok.gov/osbi/ l

excellent point. The uncle might have hid Max long ago and now that his back is against the wall, he just made that lie up. Lying, to this family, comes as easily as breathing apparently.

I thought the Judge saw him before she even go to news to get her horsie?

The reason I asked the question - I would have thought if the judge went out to take a look, she would have had the sheriff's office escort and since the sheriff's office didn't know where Max is, makes me think the judge sat on this case for 3 wks to go pay a visit and then in the end, made her ruling without going out to see him.

not only is the article dry, but also a few days behind the news, isn't it?!
