And what is $25 compared to long term vet and farrier bills if the infection gets out of hand and you r horse that you fought so vigilantly for for the last YEAR goes lame???

Ropo go to TSC and get a bottle of Thrush XX - it is copper naphthenate. It is water resistent so you do not have to bandage it and it lets air penetrate. 16 oz is 18.99 which is nothing compared to the future farrier bills if you do not get it under control.

My farrier also told me to spray bleach water on the hooves. He says it works just as good as anything else does. That's all he uses.

I've got a small 2 day supply of Kopertox thanks to where I'm boarding, but it's not gonna last long. Calling the other TSC to see if they have it. The one nearby said they didn't have it and I'm not gonna drive around randomly.
