This is a Speckled Sussex rooster I rescued last weekend. He came with 3 ladies, all of which were infested with lice, mites, fleas, you name it, they had it. Along with 3 cases of bumblefoot....(ramble, ramble). Anyways my question or concern is his comb. I've never seen a comb like this and I know its not typical of his breed. It doesn't look like there was any trauma or scarring to......just weird. Anyone else ever seen or have a rooster or hen with this ? Thanks in advance.
