We harvested several bushels of apples from our MacIntosh trees this fall, and have been fermenting them in the basement every since. We decided New Years Eve was a good occasion to crack open the carboys and taste...WHOO-HOO! Good Stuff! Definitely ramping up production next year!

I planted my orchard this past spring in hopes of producing enough apples to make hard cider. The hard cider you can buy now days is not the same as the stuff I use to be able to get. Would you mind sharing your recipe and process?
