suggestions building chicken pen

I just bought my chickens. Eight amacona/black sexling and one dorking. So nine in total. They are 6 weeks old. So friendly im already attached. Lol. They are in a 10by 10 temporarely. They cant be free range as i have three large dogs and to many predators around. What size pen should i build? Anyone have dimension ideas? I will build it out of chainlink fencing i already have. They have two dog houses with straw and will be building them pirches and wooden shelf boxes and in the winter i will have them in a shed at night.
