Suggestions for a good article to read on incubation

I have incubated several times in my Brinsea OvaEasy and my hens have also successfully sat on eggs.....however.... my success rate is not that great considering the amount of eggs I have put in the incubator at one time. I always get chicks hatch, but lots that don't. So I've decided this time to be a little more professional (usually, I put them in, set the temp and humidity, and turning of trays, and pretty much leave them to it until just before hatching, when I turn humidity up.

Can someone please suggest a good article on incubation to read, with instructions on candling and weighing etc....

This is a very good article on incubation and hatching has pretty much everything you need to know. I have found it most usefull. Good luck with your future hatches.
