Traditional squares are great. That's why they're traditional.

I think it makes a better whole project to have both "fancy" and "plain" together.

Thank you for the compliments on the Milky Way afghan. I gave it to a friend who likes blue and grey. He opened it, then went out and when he returned, his cat, Lucy, had adopted it. Does anyone remember Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds?
