Mmmmm sound's good! I was out running errands til late so we did the grab and go thing. I took 3 bites and had had enough so now I'm hungry again. hahaWhat lovely Christmas ornaments. I love that NFL afghan also. The snowflakes in the afghan are crocheted into the block (hexagon) and there are filler motifs in smaller circles of white with the blue around them. They make up fairly fast but they're more solid than lacy. It should be very warm.
Fried chicken tonight with biscuits and gravy, left over salds and maybe a butternut squash and watermelon from the garden.
I agree! Cold weather is great for crocheting. I don't ski so when we take the kids snowboarding (actually they take themselves these days) I sit in the lodge and crochet still. Everyone in the family skis or snowboards except me.You got it. Plus the weather outside is condusive to staying inside, so why not turn boring string into amazing things? If it was snow, I would be out skiing. As it stands, I am thinking my poor chickens might need some webbed feet. The horses look like drowned rats.![]()
