Already finished The Other Black Girl. I highly recommend that one!

I thought it was weird, scattered with no real conclusion.
Did you listen or read?

Just started Mexican Gothic....I think you recommended that one?
Had to put down Shogun, not sure I'll pick it back up.
Read The Unforgiven by Heather Graham, not a bad plot but rather cheesy.

@aart I listened. It was a little confusing when the narrator changed, so I re-wound a bit when it wasn't Nella. I thought the ending was good. Like a Twilight Zone episode. Maybe we should PM about it to avoid spoilers for others.

I did recommend Mexican Gothic. We'll see if we agree on that one.

I'm starting The Alchemist this morning. Only 4 hours long. Several things on hold should be ready soon.
