It is so hard, I want so many different breeds of chickens. I am only allowed so many living in town. So I have to get the ones I can then wait some. I hope by next spring to be on a farm.

Ok Feed issue! Daren doesn’t really like me much and I think he’s been kicked off so he can be mad if he likes, now Renee this is your site and you’re the queen.
I just happen to have a can of 9Lives chicken dinner here in front of me. Also a can of "Chicken of the Sea light tuna in water. In the tuna there is 650 mgs salt. (per can) Have to label it as its a human food. 7th item listed. Cat food 11th item listed (salt) Animal food has different laws but they do have to list in order of amount. My interpretation of this is less salt in the cat food. (Also it’s not quantitative can filler) Also I would submit that the cost is way less than half. Again it’s not a battle it’s just a submission of truth!! Digestible protein is open to interpretation but best guess is there is more in real tuna than animal or plant by products. Still pressure heat and water have a lot to do with the denaturing of protein and making it usable by the body. Want an example fry an egg. It turns white as protein is denatured by heat!

You know I am loving this rain. Yesterday got the last of the garden in. Hey have 7 kinds of peppers and if any of you are in the neighborhood I am happy to share peppers tomatoes and cuccumbers probably more. May have venisson depends on if its a good shot!! I have hired a guy to stand in the garden and make wonded cuccumber calls. Taking him an umbrella and a lawn chair for the rest of his shift. Be!!!! Dude!!

Still no rain here. It's pretty much too late for the wheat, but some would at least help it fill better, plus it would be nice for my garden.
